We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the hybrid financing operation for a total value of 16.5 million euros in favor of the DigitalPlatforms Group, a leader in IoT and Cybersecurity.
The operation is aimed at supporting DigitalPlatforms in the implementation of its 2023-2030 industrial plan, focused on the integration and consolidation of companies acquired in recent years, as well as investments in Research & Development activities. These investments involve designing high-tech products in the fields of IoT, ICT, and Cybersecurity, targeting new sectors.
